Deepflow Hydrostatic Coolant Filtration System is ideal for centralised filtration on multiple machine tools.
Our customer resolved several issues that arose with each of his machine tools having its own individual coolant tank and coolant filter.
Instead of managing coolant concentration and cleanliness at every machine, he installed our Deepflow hydrostatic coolant filtration system to serve all the machines simultaneously. The advantages came immediately!

From the very beginning, our technical team worked in close contact with our customer, starting with a detailed on-site inspection of the workshop floor plan and the machine tools, following up with the submittal of a technical layout for design approval.
This application was for 11 grinding machines totalling a maximum flowrate of 1.200 litres per minute.

we called our trusted transport partner for safe handling and transportation of the filtration system directly to our customer's industrial workshop.
Our technical and service teams were present on location for unloading procedures, installing and commissioning of the Deepflow hydrostatic filtration system.
Deepflow high efficiency gravity filters are suitable for treatment of large quantities of industrial coolant. The hydrostatic filtration process combined with a magnetic filter to remove ferrous particles provide extremely efficient filtration levels and greatly enhance the quality of production output.
